Ordering

How do I personalise the animation?
On the create page, choose a character, type the birthday child’s name, and add a short message. You’ll see exactly how the name will appear before you check out.
Can I order more than one at a time?
Yes — place each order separately so we can personalise each one properly. Need a bulk gift? Email us and we’ll help.
How much does it cost?
£19 per animation. No subscriptions, no hidden costs. Everything is included — the music licence, the name design, the HD file.

Personalisation

What names can you handle?
Any name. We design every one into the scene, so unusual spellings, accents, double-barrelled names, all work. Up to 20 characters.
Can I leave the message off?
Yes. The name is required, but the message is optional — leave it blank if you’d like the animation to focus on the name alone.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Your animation lands in your inbox within 48 hours of ordering. Most come through sooner. Orders placed over a weekend still hit the 48-hour promise — we build the days in.
I need it sooner — can you help?
Message us as soon as you’ve ordered and we’ll do our best. We can’t always guarantee same-day, but we’ll tell you honestly.
Is this a physical card or something that gets posted?
No — it’s a digital video. We email you a download link within 48 hours. There’s nothing physical and nothing gets posted, so it works for anyone, anywhere in the world.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes! Because it’s a digital video delivered by email, it works anywhere in the world. No shipping, no customs, no waiting — just a download link in your inbox.

Refunds & issues

What if I’m not happy with it?
We’ll make it right. Write to with what you’d like changed — we’ll redo it or refund you.
Can I ask for a specific piece of music?
No — due to copyright rules, we’re not able to use specific pieces. We work with a curated classical list to find the perfect match for your animation.

After you receive it

How long is the animation?
Around 30 seconds — with a character reveal, envelope reveal and name-and-message reveal.
What format is the animation?
One MP4 video file. If you’d also like it added unlisted to our Classical Imagined YouTube channel, just email and we’ll set that up for you.

Products

We sell personalised digital animations. Each order produces one MP4 video file, delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Animations are bespoke digital products created to your specification.

Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

Your animation will be delivered to your email within 48 hours of ordering. Most orders are fulfilled sooner. If there is a delay, we will contact you.

Refunds

Because our animations are personalised digital products made to order, we do not offer automatic refunds under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if you are unhappy with your animation, contact us at and we will either remake it or offer a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual property

All animation content, characters, music, and artwork are the property of Classical Imagined. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to share and play your purchased animation. You may not resell, redistribute, or use it for commercial purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
